Shives, Dorothy Mae, 80, died on Friday, February 17, 2006 at the Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born March 31, 1925 in Tahlequah, OK the daughter of Roy and Lula (Vick) Edwards. She worked for many years in the Tulsa area as a waitress. She is survived by her brother: Edsol Edwards of Vian, OK and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be Tuesday, February 21, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Box Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma with the Rev. Bobby Long officiating. Friends may call at the Ninde Whisenhunt Chapel, 2211 E. 6th Street from 10-8 on Monday.
