Scaggs, Melvin Dale, age 73, of Tulsa, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2009. Melvin was born on July 31, 1935 in Tulsa, OK to Frank and Norma Marie (Fleetwood) Scaggs. He was the owner of KAE-JAC Precision Engineering Company. He was preceded in death by his father, 2 daughters, Katherine Scaggs and Melissa Branstetter Scaggs and a grandson, Christopher McKinney. He is survived by, his mother, Norma Scaggs, of Tulsa; 4 daughters, Christy Scaggs Blunt, of Wylie, TX, Ellen Sinor, of Conroe, TX, Julie Scaggs, of Tulsa, OK and Alayne Rattigan, of Lincoln, NE and 9 grandchildren. Memorial service 10:00 A.M. Saturday Ninde Brookside Chapel. 742-5556.
