Dear Doug, Amanda and Adam: I first met Marcy in first grade. We went to elementary, junior high and high school together. When we graduated, we went to OSU and pledged the same sorority. We have a friendship that has lasted over 50 years. We have stayed in touch through the years, especially the last two. When she found out about my health problems, she would call periodically to check on me...and I would check on her. I thought she would be around for a long time....I am really going to miss her. Today, I was looking through some papers and I ran across this poem...I don't know the author but I really liked it and thought I would share it with you. "You and I will meet again. When we're least expecting it. One day in some far off place, I will recognize your face. I won't say good-bye my friend, For you and I will meet again." I feel certain that when we meet again, she will be young, full of energy, free from pain...the girl I remember from my younger days.... Doug, I know how much she loved you, Amanda and Adam. She was proud of her family. Continue to make her proud. I will keep you in my prayers. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help. Love, Marsha Casey Jenkins
