It was through a chance meeting with someone that our lives were connected to Oma and Paula. I thank God for making that meeting take place. Our lives are better for it. We are deeply saddened by her loss and will never forget her loving kindness. Our prayers are with Paula and the rest of Oma's family. I'll fly away, fly away oh glory, I'll fly away, fly away, in the morning. When I die, hallelujah bye and bye, I'll fly away.

Though I hadn't seen her in some time, I thought of Oma often. She always had a smile and kind word for me...made me feel like family whenever I was around her. The world is truly a sadder place without her.

I have known Oma almost all my life and she was the best grandma. She went to the girls school activities and always made sure they were made to feel special. Holidays were wonderful and she was a great cook. I will always miss her barrel of cookies and fudge. She will be happy to know we will be keeping the family traditions she started and Oma will not be forgotten. I know she was proud of family and all the accomplishments they achieved and grateful she lived long enough to see great grand children. I will miss you always. Love, Jina
