Dr. Hardy was an outstanding physician! He treated our family for many years and was always there for us. I remember being in an car accident back in the 60's and couldn't believe how fast he got to the ER; seemed like a matter of minutes. We joked about how fast he got there and didn't want him getting into any car accidents! Take comfort in knowing that Dr. Hardy touched many lives and did much good. RIP. Benton Heath San Diego, Ca

Dr. Hardy was our family doctor from the time I was 6. He was just what you would want a doctor to be. The last time I saw him was when he attended my mother's funeral in 1981. What a nice gesture.

Dr. Hardy treated me, my sister and parents for many years while I was growing up in Tulsa - in fact, I still have the book he gave as encouragement in life, when I was hospitalized. As I knew his daughter Joan in Jr. High school, we even flew with him in his plane one Saturday. He was a wonderful, caring, thoughtful man, who even had time to give me advice as a young man growing up. I remember him as always being dressed nicely, and having plenty of time to talk to you about your illness, or any topic you brought up. His memory is a testament to the impression he made on me that has lasted all these years. I hope the fond memories of Dr. Hardy, will help comfort his family and friends during this tough time. We were deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Dr. Hardy. He was a long-time friend and boss of my grandmother. He saw our entire family grow up, and cared for almost all of us at one point or another in our lives. He delivered my sister. He essentially was always a member of our family. He was very beloved to all of us, and will be missed. May peace be with the entire Hardy family. From our family to yours, the Family of Hazel Smith
