Susie and Family,
I was so sorry to hear of Carter's death. I didn't know him very well, but I remember him from Eastwood of course. I still think of him as Susie's little brother. Susie, I remember him running up and down the halls telling everyone, "Vote for Susie, Vote for Susie", when you were running for Homecoming Queen. And you won!. I also remember when he made a 45 or 50 yard field goal at one of Eastwood's footbal games when I was a senior. I know there must be many, many people saddened by his death. I I'll be praying for you all.

He was a grade older than me at Metro Christian, but I always admired him from afar. He was a leader, outgoing, smart, funny, popular, etc.......Very sad to hear of his passing so soon in life.

Carter and I went to Lee Elementary and Wright Junior High. My mom (Missie) and dad (Eddie) always talked very highly of the Marsh's (Phil and Marty). I always thought Carter's family was a model family and enjoyed growing up with Carter. I lost touch with Carter after High School, but I remember how much fun we had together. Carter was the first friend to invite me to church, which I really enjoyed and later became a Christian. I know he is in heaven giving his mom a big hug. My prayers are with your family.
