I will remember Letha Cather in the following ways. She was a fighter, a survivor, a twin, a woman of courage and conviction. She was and is a woman of God. She was a passionate NAWICIAN to her core. She was devoted to her lovely twin Lila and to her family and friends. She was feisty and stood up for what she believed in (and may God help you if you were on the other side of what she believed in !!) She was a mentor to many, a leader in our Chapter and Region and a fierce champion of NAWIC’s core values: To believe in ourselves as women, to persevere and to dare to move into new horizons. You persevered Letha; you fought an amazing and courageous battle and have moved into new horizons. May you rest in peace now. Joani Kelly

I was fortunate enough to meet Letha thru NAWIC these past 6 years and always enjoyed seeing her at the regional and annual meetings. Spunky and Fun is how I will forever remember her! Lila stay strong and mend your heart. Letha may not be here in body, but her spirit will forever be close to you.
