Obituary of Mary Margaret Johnson

Mary Margaret (Franke) Johnson was born February 9, 1944 in Chicago, IL to Carl & Ruth (Liddle) Franke and passed from this life on March 25, 2018 at the age of 74.

Mary was an executive secretary for Illinois Tool Works, Inc for 35 years.  She loved all things western, animals and especially her family. 

Mary was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Ted Franke and Robert Franke.  She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Gerald “Jerry” Johnson; her daughter Ruth L. Johnson and her husband, Joseph A. Campbell; and her brother, Frederick W. Franke.

Mary will lie in state from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, April 1.  Her funeral will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 2 at the Brookside Baptist Church, 3619 S. Peoria.  She will be laid to rest at Memorial Park Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. Monday, April 2.
