Jwane - I’ve come to this page several times over the past week. I just don’t have the words I really want to say. I know that I’m forever grateful that yours was the first face I saw when I walked in for an interview at HBB. It began a 40 year friendship. I hope you are seeing all your people; petting and loving all the dogs; seeing all the best concerts; eating a ‘plate o’cheese’ to your hearts desire and have an infinity calendar with everyone’s birthday already hung. I’ll continue your tradition of ‘adding a little Johnny’s’ to everything I cook. Thanks for your friendship and so much more. I will miss you so much. Until we meet again, Walk tall my friend, walk tall. I love you. ❤️ Bleb

Don, Gail and I are truly sorry to hear of Janie's passing. We will pray that you and your kids share God's strength during this tough time. I'll remember Janie as one of of sweetest, and kindest individuals I knew in college. I'll also remember how lucky I thought you were when you told me (way back when) that the two of you were dating! Our paths diverged and we never connected with you and Janie as a married couple and I regret that; we would have shared good times and some good stories and laughs. We don't get to Tulsa as much as we should but we will try to reach you the next time we are back.

I am shocked and sadden to hear of Janie's passing. Please know that I am thinking of you all at this difficult time. Janie was a dear friend from our time in Kappa and I always looked forward to receiving my annual birthday card from her every year. We didn't talk often but she has always held a special place in my heart. I have many fond memories of all of our silly adventures filled with lots of laughter during our time at TU. She was always a good friend. May light perpetual shine upon her.

So sad to hear about Janie. We always enjoyed our quick chats in the evening when Janie and Toby were out for their evening walk. Janie will always be in our thoughts and prayers. We miss being your Niegbhors.

I am saddened to hear of Janie’s passing. Janie took me under her wing at Brown Bloyed & Associates and became a mentor and friend. Janie was always a professional. Janie was also the one who planned our company Halloween costume contests, margarita Friday’s, and she always had the sharpest wit. Her sense of humor would catch you off guard because of her professional demeanor. Janie was kind, funny, caring, and a good friend. Although we had not seen one another or spoke in many years, I can say this about Janie…this world lost a dear soul and a bright light to all. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.
