Yvonne always presented herself with poise and sophistication. She expressed her views whether you were in agreement with her or not, but she did it without being offensive. I so enjoyed her stories of her many travels as she told them with her infectious smile, My deepest condolences to her family. May her memory be eternal.

Mrs. Tsaras was dear to me and an influential role model in many ways. I loved growing up in the Tsaras home. I can recall the taste and smell of her cooking and serving souzoukakia which was the first time I ever had them. She used mint in her tiropita which I sometimes do now and think of her. She was the first "corporate wife" in my cultural sphere and I was fascinated by that. I remember every interaction I had with her. I loved her giggle. Mrs. Tsaras and I lost our mothers around the same time. In recent years, she encouraged me in my arts and took the time to support me and cheer me on. That now inspires me to do the same and pay that forward with others. What a glamorous woman but also a woman who prioritized family and domesticity. May her memory be eternal.

We lived next door to the Tsaras family for several years. Yvonne had a sweet kind way about her. We shared our love of cooking. Yvonne taught me to make Baklava, dolmas and many Greek foods. The Tsaras family were so dear, they will be missed. Sending my love to the family. Judy Miller
