John was such a good friend to our family. My father Philip Landers and John shared so many fun memories together traveling and skiing (and occasionally working!) John’s generosity was very much appreciated by all of us. He once took our family on a ski trip, flying us there on his Citation 2 and we had so much fun. He also let my family watch fireworks from his balcony on 2300 Riverside on several occasions. One of my favorite phrases he taught me was, “a coat of paint is worth $1000!” How true. John will be missed dearly by Gretchen and myself. I would have attended his life celebration but I’m recovering from having Covid. Prayers, hugs and love to Ann and his entire family. I’m a better person for knowing Mr. Cassidy.
