I have always been proud to be associated with the Gilbert family - no matter how thin the thread. Jack, in my eyes, has always represented strength and kindness. The family is in my thought and prayers.
OUR THOUGHTS,PRAYERS, AND HEARTS ARE WITH YOU ALL. THE SADNESS WE FEEL IS SO GREAT BUT WE JUST WANT YOU TO KNOW YOU ALL ARE IN OUR PRAYERS. JACK SMILE WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED,ALONG WITH THE TWINKLE IN HIS EYE WHEN HE LAUGHED. HE WILL ALWAYS BE IN OUR MEMORIES.
My deepest sympathy to Gwen and the family. I was fortunate to have worked with Jack at Sterling Homes for about six years. What I loved most about Jack was his quick wit and knowledge of the business. I will miss having "repartee" as Jack would call it, but I know that he is in heaven checking out his mansion to see if was built correctly. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. I will be praying for you and your family. God Bless all of you.
My deepest sympathy, I will miss Jack coming by the bank and making me laugh. He was such a dear soul.We talked about his kids, dog, wife, and his crown on the patio. What a hoot. Sue Gideon
I just want to let you know how much I respected Jack. I have worked with him for the past 4 years and he always treated me with respect & kindness. He taught me a lot of things about the construction process. My daughter stated when i told her about Jack that she always thinks of when she thinks of Jack is when she would ask how he was doing he would say "It's another greate day"!! We will dearly miss him. God Bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Debby Dernovish
