To my dear Sunday School friends, God bless you, Fleskes, as you remember your Mom and Dad and the salvation won for them by Jesus. Many times over the years I have given thanks for the faithful members who provided Grace Lutheran Church and Sunday School for us and brought us to know Jesus! Your parents and mine were a part of that faithful group. With your prayers and with your bounties You can do what God demands: You can lead the little children To the Savior's waiting arms. (From "Hark, the Voice of Jesus Calling.") I've lived in Minnesota nearly 40 years. When I'd return to Kansas for a visit, your Mom and Dad were always the same - friendly and happy to see me. One of the last times I visited with your Mom she laughed about how Alma Beth and Velda would take turns playing the organ. Whoever didn't have a new baby played that year. My dad, Bob Dryden, died in December. Mom died 2 years ago. In the heavenly country bright Need they no created light. Thou their light, their joy, their crown, Thou their sun which goes not down. There forever may we sing Alleluias to our King. (From "As With Gladness Men of Old.) Your Sunday School friend, Glenda
